At the recent CLAAS Dealer Council meeting, CLAAS EASTERN were awarded the Platinum Dealer Excellence Award 2021. It's been 2 years since the Council have been able to come together in person, and the new CLAAS headquarters at Saxham provided a fitting location for the event. The Dealer Excellence Awards reflect the highest level of attainment for a number of specific targets which include Branding, Training, Parts and Service, Finance and Administration targets. Mark Pryce was presented with the award on behalf of EASTERN in the new Technoparc facility.
