CLAAS Service Engineers are the key to the success of our business. We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join our team at our EASTERN dealership in Ulceby Cross. 

Main duties:

·         Conducting routine maintenance and Inspections of CLAAS machinery.

·         Diagnosing and repairing faults on CLAAS equipment.

·         Conducting maintenance and repairs on third-party brands.

·         Providing technical support to customers and assisting with the setup and Installation of new equipment.

·         Building strong relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service.

·         Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records of repairs and services.

·         Conducting inventory management on spare parts and ordering parts when required.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

·         A relevant qualification, or equivalent experience within the field of Land Based Engineering at Level 2+.

·         Excellent people skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.

·         Willing to participate in training to improve and further your skills.

·         Willingness to work overtime at peak periods is essential.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week with overtime available during peak season. You will work on a rota to share weekend and out of hours customer support.
