We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to join the team at CLAAS EASTERN Ulceby Cross. This position will be covering an established sales area in Lincolnshire with a good existing customer base, which also contains potential for further growth with the right individual. You’ll play a key role in building on our success, developing strong customer relations and driving sales growth across the territory. 

Main Duties

• Build strong and loyal relationships with customers within the sales area.
• Professionally demonstrate our products to customers.
• Achieve sales performance targets as set out by direct line manager.
• Representing the dealer and its brands within the sales area.
• Develop and maintain sound product knowledge, industry leading training will be provided.
• Ensure customers have a first-class experience when dealing with the company.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

• Sound knowledge of the agricultural industry and its equipment.
• Proven sales, service or parts experience within the agricultural sector.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Be self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.
• Be target driven with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• Administratively well organised.
• Full driving license.
